Job Description

Overview of Role

As a Human Resources Intern in a fast-paced retail company, this is an exciting opportunity for you to learn new things, create meaningful experiences and gain exposure in the HR spectrum while contributing to the success of the HR team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Manager in new projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement, hiring of junior roles and Application Tracking System (ATS) upgrading so as to optimise current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be part of the team that works on current and/or new projects to support HR and TA agenda for the organisation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and provide timely analytics support for the business
  • Perform data analytics using Microsoft Excel, develop HR dashboard and report generation on a regular basis
  • Collecting and analysing recruitment data to support data-driven decision-making and provide support in implementing recruitment initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition
  • Able to commit a minimum for 6 months
  • Well-versed in Excel and possessing knowledge in SQL or Python will be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
