Job Description

We’re looking for sales-driven individuals to join us who are excited about the digital transformation being driven by the rise of the social messaging apps and who have made a name for themselves bringing innovative AI-Powered Conversational Customer Experience technology to global leading brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Attract and target new business opportunities
  • Create strategic account development plans
  • Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and leading generation campaigns.
  • Coordinating and conducting demos and training
  • Delivery of excellent service with a consultative approach to ensure client success

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years new business experience – preferably in CRM/SaaS/software solutions
  • OR 1-2 years working in an client/ account servicing capacity
  • History of exceeding targets/quotas
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Possess clear communication and presentation skills
