The Requirements:
- At least 21 years old^
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Completed National Service (for male applicants)
- Not under scholarship or bonded by any ministry/company
- Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent^
