Job Description
- Performing Post-Fixture job functions especially switching BLs, covering Charterers liability.
- Coordinate with owners and broker to obtain Letter of Indemnity (LOI) in absence of Original Bills of Lading, or change of delivery port or SBL etc or other unusual requests.
- Coordinate and follow-up with Ship’s owners, switch BL agent, brokers for smooth SBL procedures.
- Check and prepare the Charter Party for buyers incase required.
- Coordinate with Protection & Indemnity (P&I) Clubs and Under-Writers for Charterers liability coverage.
- Arrange insurance payment and follow-up regularly in case of any payment delays.
- Upon vessel delivery keep insurance informed of vessel delivery and ETA load port
- Upon vessel redelivery keep insurance informed of vessel redelivery and completion at discharge port.
