Job Description
- Managing relationships with existing and new client and customers
- Co-ordinate and support Sales Team
- Support office to order and supply business name card
- Back up the role of Sales Team during planned and unplanned absence
- Liase with Marketing and Sales Team, coordinate arrangement of appointments
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and data processing tasks as and when required by the manager
- Update internal database
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of General Office Administration
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Proficient in MS Words and Powerpoint
- Able to work independently
