Agora Colearning – Sales and Marketing Intern

Role

We are looking for an intern in sales and marketing to help coordinate our activities, in particular to generate awareness and increase engagement for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts with customer engagement across online and offline channels.
• You will be actively involved with community engagement, involving outreach to parents, schools, KOLs and other third parties. 
• Create collaterals and design materials as needed working under the guidance of our marketing manager
• Develop sales materials and support in sales activities under the guidance of our education consultant
• Assist in planning of events and activities at the centre to generate leads and increase stickiness to our brand
• Sales administrative support (updating Retool, managing some sales records)
• Assist in onboarding process of new sign up (call parents has account only)
• Conduct welcome tour (and handling straight forward sales process) 

Skills and experience required

• Prior experience in creating social media posts, reels, stories is useful as is prior exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Conversational mandarin is a good to have
• Experience in event organisation is a plus
• Having can-do spirit and willingness to try
