Aims
a. Expose the intern to the financial services sector and the working environment as a Finanical consultant in our agency.
b. Equip the intern with the essential skills and knowledge ranging from Insurance, Retirement Planning and Investments.
c. Provide an entrepreneurial experience and a platform for the interns to have a feel of this career before their graduation.
d. Provide practical learning through a business challenge, financial literacy and soft skills workshops
e. Guide the Interns to achieve DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL FINANCIAL PLANNING(DPFP)2021 which further enhanced their resume in future career

3. Programme Benefits
Subject to an agreement between the Intern and his/her Leader, the Intern may be provided with an
internship allowance of $1200 for the entire duration of this Programme from 17 May to 02 July 2021
(“Internship Period”).
All seminars, courses and fees (1st attempt) for the financial services license will be fully sponsored.
Hybrid Model Working Style (3 Days Office work week) 6 hours per session
Leadership development Program and will be conducted in teams.
Participate In Agency TeamBonding/ Incentive Events
Networking with other interns as all training are conducted in groups. (Orientation Camp Format)
One to one Mentoring Session and a Manager will be attached to the group in this two months.
Eligibility
a. Minimum age of 21 years old as of 31 December 2021.
b. A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore
c. Completed National Service obligations (for male applicants)
d. Not a current or discharged bankrupt
e. Without unsecured financial obligations, besides study loan
f. Not under any scholarship or bonded by any government Ministry or corporate body
g. Not scheduled for any overseas exchange programme during Internship Period
h. Not on holiday during the Internship Period, that clashes with the Programme
