Retail Manager / Up to $4.5k


Job Description & Requirements

  • Ensure seamless daily store operations, maintain efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive sales performance, monitor key metrics, and implement revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Maintain high service standards, resolve customer concerns, and enhance satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and effective product presentation.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Purchasing of new stock
