Customer Service Associate (Retail) / Up to $3k
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Assist with sales transactions, including operating the POS system and processing returns/exchanges.
Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal displays.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service KPIs.
