Advisors’ Clique Collective – Part Time HR Executive

Advisors' Clique is a financial advisory team dedicated to helping individuals build greater confidence in financial planning, wealth creation and career development. 

About the Role

We're a financial advisory firm under the Great Eastern network, and we're looking for a driven, people-savvy HR professional to join us on a part-time basis. You'll play a key role in growing our team by sourcing and engaging aspiring financial consultants/advisors, while also supporting core HR administrative function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the recruitment hustle but wants the flexibility of part-time hours.

What You'll Do

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage candidates interested in a career as a financial consultant 
• Relationship Building: Build a strong pipeline of prospective advisors through networking, career talks, job portals, and referrals
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics directly to the Director
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage onboarding paperwork, and support day-to-day HR operations
• Employer Branding: Help craft job postings and represent the company's culture to prospective hires

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (insurance/financial services exposure a plus）
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Highly organized with good attention to detail for admin and compliance-related paperwork
• Comfortable working independently and reporting progress to leadership
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) is a bonus
