We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a flair for content creation, and a deep understanding of social media trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and identify potential viral content opportunities.
• Content Creation: Design engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms.
• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos to support content strategies.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Lemon8).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut).
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Remuneration:
