Job Responsibilities
• Analyze and review services and/or product performance
• Participate in new product or services introductions when required
• Prepare and process contracts for salesperson when necessary
• Raise and mail out invoices for customer
• Prepare monthly report to track on IT expiring contracts
• Assist in license provisioning when necessary
• Other ad-hoc operational requirement
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft dynamics will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply

• Able to multitask
