Our focus is on building up successful brand presence locally for our products with great customer service and engagement within the local community, as well as providing customers with products that are effective, natural, sustainable and safe.

Marketing

• Identifying and reporting marketing opportunities to increase sales and e-commerce traffic
• Proposing and execution of marketing campaigns 
• Social media content creation (including Photo-taking and creating IG Reels) to increase brand and product awareness
• Community engagement with product users 
• Creatives generation and design collaterals

Sales / Business Development

• Research and generate lists of potential customers
• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
• Learn and apply sales techniques
• Maintain sales records

E-commerce Store Management

• Stock management, campaign joining and ad execution
• E-commerce customer service replies - prompt, friendly, sincere and service-oriented tone
• Monitoring the online marketing activities and e-commerce performance of competitors
