Job Description

Operates machine

Perform production runs as according to MES (our wafer tracking system) and / or product runsheets and work instructions.

Do SPC & update SQC for machines.

Key-in SPC data for all defined equipment critical parameters

Perform daily autonomous maintenance on machines

Perform simple machine troubleshooting and clearing of machine alarms

Perform optical inspection of wafers such as ADI/AEI

Perform thickness measurement of wafers using Optiprobe

Work on a self-identified improvement project and present it at the end of the internship
