Advanced Dental Group – Recruitment Specialist

Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own the recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience of Advanced Dental. You are an individual who is keen to test and learn, apply creative and data-driven solutions to continually improve our talent processes and candidate experience. 

• Engage and maintain close working relationships with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and fulfil hiring requirements
• Assist in reviewing and amending recruitment platforms and sourcing for new avenues for recruitment
• Conduct initial screening of job applicants resumes and relevant skill qualification
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Conduct background checks on job applicants to identify any critical issue
• Propose salary recommendations and seek approval from hiring managers, COO and CEO
• Negotiate salary offers with candidates
• Prepare employment offer letters and contracts
• Conduct new employee onboarding and training
• Maintain inventory of Dental Scrubs and place order when necessary
• Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, tertiary institutions and industry associations for internship and hiring
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities
• Plan, coordinate and participate in internal & external recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and career fairs
• Perform data entry in Human Resource Information System for new employees (Payboy)
• Create and maintain employee ePersonal File

 Others:

Individual Performance Bonus of up to 3 months is payable

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree holder
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR Recruitment function, experienced in L&D is a plus
3. Experienced in handling department projects and initiatives
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
5. Good team player
