Since the establishment of our first clinic in 1986, we have grown to over 19 clinics across Singapore. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. This will be a position based in Singapore.
- To assist the dentists with all forms of treatments and attend to patient's comfort during treatment.
- Preparation of dental materials for the respective treatments.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and sterilization of dental equipment.
- Stock taking and monitoring.
- Front desk reception duties including but not limited to, patient registration, claims submission, cashiering.
- Ad hoc administrative work.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School Certificate/ "O" Level in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend).
- Must be able to commit night sessions (3 of the weekdays are till 9PM).
- Must be willing to do shift work.
- Must be willing to cross deploy to different branches (transport reimbursement provided).
- IT literate (to use clinic software and email).
Candidates with the following experiences are preferred:
- Dental Assistant/ Clinic Assistant/ Nurse
- Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Executive/ Patient Services Associate
- Patient Care Coordinator/ Case Manager
- Receptionist/ Call centre
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (Including non-dental experience).
- Experience in the service industry (F&B, waitering, Spa, Airline, etc)
