Assist in the planning of the seasonal Tradeshow/Sell In
Support information flow, so that internal systems are ready for order collection
Liaise with vendors and suppliers
Generate product catalogs (e-Catalog and printed)
Sample management – ensure that samples are ready for Tradeshow/Sell In (Unpacked, check in
system, tagged, categorised)
Coordinate set up and tear down of Tradeshow/Sell In with vendors and various departments
Merchandise samples in meeting rooms
Facilitate planning and executing opening presentation day
ad hoc reporting to support, direct and ensure transparency of all agreed targets and KPI’s
