Job Description

Scopes of Work for Admin/Marketing Intern:

  1. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, competitors, and industry trends. Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  3. Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
  4. Social Media Management: Help manage the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
  5. Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential leads, updating customer databases, and assisting with lead nurturing activities. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  6. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the team to support their initiatives and projects. Collaborate on cross-functional tasks, contribute ideas, and provide general assistance as needed.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, marketing strategies, and tools by actively seeking knowledge through online resources, training materials, and attending relevant webinars or workshops.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Highly organised with strong work ethics (commitment to delivering quality work)

Working Environment

  • 10am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Required to work in office
