Job Description

• Preparation and analysis of financial information and data to support projects and investment
• Coordinate activities, resources, and information to achieve project objectives
• Prepare relevant presentations and reports to support projects
• Maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports
• Liaise with local government agencies, including preparation of grant documents and papers for submission to relevant government agencies
• Undertake research in relation to projects, government grants, incentives and relevant policies that are relevant to the organisation
• Assist with company corporate secretariat matters and review of basic legal documents
• Work with external lawyers to draft legal documentation in relation to projects, business collaborations, investments, etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Sound reasoning skills and able to pick up new knowledge quickly
• Able to communicate, read and write fluently in English
• Must be self-motivated and resourceful
• Able to interact well with multiple stakeholders within the organisation
• Possesses good organizational and multitasking and be very attentive to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in law, business, accounting, finance or engineering
