About the Role
Interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support hiring across the organization.
This internship offers the opportunity to be involved in real hiring activities, develop stakeholder management skills, and learn how companies attract and build strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Source potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling of interviews
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support hiring needs across different business units
- Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system
- Support campus outreach initiatives and talent pipeline development
- Assist with recruitment-related administrative and coordination tasks
Who We’re Looking For
- Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment Period: May 2026 onwards
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer internship preferred)
• Opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs
