Additiv is a Swiss financial software vendor offering digital investment solutions for the Asset & Wealth Management industry, and one of the leading innovators supporting the FinTech revolution across the globe. Its Asian subsidiary Additiv Asia Pte Ltd is looking for one trainee starting from May 2017 on.
Your main mission will be to assist the firm in carrying out all HR activities to seek profiles that are suitable for the job vacancies available. You will prepare job advertisements & job descriptions for each role/position available, answer the different applications received from candidates, proactively identify potential candidates by the means of your choice & contact the suitable profiles to present the available roles/positions, and eventually organize the several rounds of interviews led by senior people of Additiv Asia. There will be diverse varieties of job vacancies, so you will be sourcing for individuals with diverse profiles/backgrounds & experience in the field or interested in financial services and financial software industries. Your central role in human resources will allow you to have a good understanding of the job market & to structure the recruitment processes in an organized manner.
