Job Description

Business / Credit Consultants X 4

As part of the sales team, you will be involved in the sales of a wide variety of products and services to meet the financial needs of both commercial clients and retail consumers. Products include but are not limited to Consumer Loans, Business loans, Commercial property loan & Trade Financing.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and set up meetings through networking and source out to increase clientele base.

- Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities

- Identify clients’ needs through consultative approach via cold calling, emailing potential prospects and provide suitable business solutions to meet clients’ requirements / budgets

- Manage and retain good working relationships with corporate clients and personnel within the organisation.

- Constantly be updated with in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to company’s policies and internal processes.

- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; Ability to quickly understand and provide workable solutions to complex situations.

- Performs KYC checks, assess & analyse company's financial health and potentials. Strategies and propose relevant financing solutions to Business Owners.

- To assist clients on the following; loan contractual terms, account management process, queries via phone or email.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented individuals

- Demonstrated successful sales experience

- Proven ability to work with internal and external business partners

- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers).
