Job Description
  • Reporting to Digital Account Director/Manager.
  • Backend digital performance and implementation role.
  • Fully in charge of digital campaign setup, implementation, tracking, optimization and reporting.
  • Managing Google Adwords, Youtube, Facebook & other programmatic DSPs buys Ad Consoles internally.
  • Ensure end to end campaign tracking from ad serving, tagging, tracking (E.g. Google Analytics), lead & conversion tracking to retargeting data. 
  • Optimizing campaigns from various aspects such as bidding, creative, audience targeting, retargeting followed by proposing next steps. 
  • Reporting: Gather and analyze campaign performance, data insights & other metrics from campaign execution into comprehensive reports. 
  • Provide detailed campaign ‘healthcheck’ to each respective account in charge.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and publishers on creative requirement such as Material Requirement (MCR), click tags and other technical testing.
  • Supporting both digital & traditional media planners on campaign implementation
    Constantly explore new digital avenues, programmatic platforms and other technology tools and infuse it to planning team.
  • Educate both digital & traditional media planners on new digital trends and update from a technical aspect.
  • Work closely with Digital Account Director/Manager on innovations.
  • Exploring new automated campaign management, tracking, audience tools.
  • Explore and test new ad formats especially on the rapid changing Google, Youtube, Facebook & Programmatic platforms.
  • Collaboration with publishers, technology companies.
