Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and administer computer systems
- Configure and refresh computer systems
- Liaise with various external vendors access to the computer systems
- Basic administration to various computer systems
- Maintain documentation for various computer systems
Manage network security
- Configure network security across software and/or hardware components
- Coordinate and configure network access and controls
Manage network operations
- Conduct regular maintenance, patches and upgrades to the network
- Perform routine backups and administrator disaster recovery protocols
- Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans
- Identify and respond to network-related incidents
Manage and optimize systems performance
- Plan and monitor the performance and capacity of computer systems to ensure stable operations
- Identify issues, alerts, or malfunctions in software and/or hardware components
- Carry out optimization of system components, updated and upgrades
- Conduct technical research for software and hardware upgrades
- Identify and resolve computer system-related issues
