To support HR Manager on support for arrangement of interviews/coordination
- Understanding about Recruitment cycle- Job postings, recruitment, Application form
- Onboarding and orientation (Forms, Welcome/staff intro)
- Entering HRIS system – Basic personnel info, payroll details etc
- Arranging interviews, booking of meeting rooms
HR Admin Documentation and other duties
With guidance from HR Manager and HR Executive you will be assigned to:
Review and improve the following templates and organise soft copies of templates in HR folder
- Internship agreement
- HR Letter templates
- Application Form
- Job Description Template
- Job Descriptions
Support company events such as Birthday celebrations
1. Improve the internship program at Activate
- Internship program outline
- Ideas to attract interns (Recruitment/channels)
- Handle internship recruitment support
- Intern onboarding
2. Improve Recruitment process
- Work with HR Manager on Common areas for interviewing and come up with
- Interview checklist for all tech leads/interviewers
