Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content with creative team to build strong and consistent brand presence for clients across various industries
• Craft concise yet captivating copy for digital and social media channels to optimise audience engagement and drive conversions
• Work with different departments for strategy alignment and art direction, while maintaining a high standard of writing
• Research industry topics and target audience interests across various platforms for growth and engagement
• Identify clients’ needs and generate ideas for new content types
• Prepare well-structured drafts on time to meet team goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for driven, motivated candidates who:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in English Language, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
• Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field; prior knowledge and/or experience in healthcare or related fields will be a bonus.
• Are capable of and responsible for writing in all mediums, as well as versatile in writing styles and tones
• Possess a creative mindset, a passion for storytelling, strong research skills, and a keen awareness of target audience
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are self-motivated to work independently as well as capable of working collaboratively
• Possess good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Are able to multi-task with excellent time management
• Are adaptable and receptive to feedback
• Required Skill(s): Content Writing, Editorial Judgement and Ethical Integrity
