Responsibilities

• Assist in full recruitment cycle such as posting of job advertisements, shortlisting and preparation of offer etc
• Perform monthly payroll processing
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of employee database & HR systems
• Responsible for all HR administrative duties and daily HR operations
• Handles employees’ onboarding and offboarding arrangements
• Administer all HR policies & procedures
• Responsible for all work pass matters such as applications, renewals and cancellations
• Purchase and renewal of company’s insurance
• Responsible for overall office management
• And any other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Requirements and Qualification
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum diploma with at least two years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
