Job Scope:

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 
• Content & Collateral Creation: Assist in developing compelling sales and marketing materials—including pitch decks, proposals, and promotional content.
• Client & Market Engagement: Participate in client meetings, promotional activities, and business development efforts to gain frontline experience. 
• Strategy & Brainstorming: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and help implement innovative marketing and sales strategies. 
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, measure performance, and help compile insights to optimize future strategies. 
• Lead Generation Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts through digital initiatives, networking events, and trade show support. 

Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field 
• Organized, proactive & full of ideas 
• Strong communication skills (confident with clients & teammates) 
• Comfortable with MS Office & Social Media platforms 
• Bonus if you’ve worked with campaigns/promotions before 
• Curious about market trends, sales strategies & consumer behavior 
• Able to commit min. 4 months, starting from Dec 2025
