Science and biotechnology backgrounds will be especially helpful in understanding our customers’ needs and speaking their language with credibility.
Job Description
- Database Cleansing (Basic Excel skills required)
- Updating customer contact database in Excel sheets
- Desk based research (Internet search) and email / phone follow up with customer contacts to update / correct details
- Removing old / invalid data entries
- Sales Support (Time management skills and customer service ethic required)
- Initial customer calls to set up meetings for Sales Manager
- Maintaining appropriate call logs
- Scheduling and follow up for enquiries (inbound and outbound)
- Sales management support as needed
- Marketing (Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint; graphics applications, e.g. Photoshop)
- On a case by case basis, working with the Sales Manager on social media marketing campaigns
- Working with the Sales Manager to develop marketing collateral, including copywriting and page layout
- Maintaining online store presence on a periodic basis, e.g. Carousell
