You will be taught and then to assist in.....

• handling corporate clients in the preparation of resolutions and documents for statutory compliance.
• trimming and lodging documents and/or data with government agencies;
• registering and updating corporate information;
• maintaining proper and up-to-date digital records;
• incorporating various forms of organisation structure;
• administering corporate secretarial works and activities;
• other corporate service-related administration.

• possess knowledge in Law and Management or Business Administration;
• have little or no relevant working experience;
• are able to communicate in English and Mandarin;
• are computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office application;
• are hardworking and willing to learn;
• are meticulous, deadline-driven and adaptive;
• are able to prioritize work with minimum supervision;
• are able to multi-task and work on a variety of projects at the same time;
• are a team player with a positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
