At Achievers Dream Learning Centre, we believe in using the power of social media to connect, inspire, and educate. We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Content Creator to manage our social media presence — someone who thrives on creating engaging, interactive posts, stories, and reels that bring our brand to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

Create & Edit Videos

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that are visually compelling and reflect our brand’s tone and mission.

Manage Social Media Accounts

• Oversee day-to-day content for TikTok and Instagram — including story updates, post scheduling, trend monitoring, and follower engagement.

Stay Trend-Savvy

• Keep tabs on viral challenges, memes, and trending audio to craft timely and relevant content.

Craft Interactive Content

• Develop polls, quizzes, behind-the-scenes moments, and fun educational content to keep followers engaged and returning for more.

Engage With Our Community

• Respond to comments, spark conversations, and help build a genuine and active online community.

Analyze & Improve

• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate what’s working, and propose fresh ideas based on content insights.

Requirements: 

• Prior experience creating viral or high-performing content for TikTok and/or Instagram

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and Gen Z content culture

• Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum commitment of 5 months from Aug 2025

Bonus: Experience working with educational or youth-focused content. If you are comfortable helping out at the lab.
