Job Description
- Assist in ongoing ERP projects as well as roll-out activities such as User Acceptance Testing.
- Helping to clean and validate customer, supplier and inventory data by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Data preparation and data entry into the software and spreadsheets, as well as other supportive tasks during the implementation.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in building data tools & automation. Good knowledge of Power BI is an advantage for assisting in building visualization dashboards. Strongly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn due to our knowledge limitation in Power BI.
- Documenting ERP processes, user manuals, and other related information for future reference.
