Job Overview
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and social media-savvy intern to join the Ace Socials team.
As a Social Media Assistant Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in content creation, personal branding, social media strategy, and digital marketing while working directly with entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, enjoys storytelling, and wants to learn how modern brands grow online.
Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
- Research content ideas, trends, and viral formats
- Write captions, hooks, and content briefs
- Help manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Monitor engagement and assist with community management
Content Production
- Assist during content shoots
- Coordinate filming schedules and logistics
- Organise footage and content assets
- Work with editors to ensure content is delivered on time
Brand Building
- Help develop personal branding content for founders and business owners
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategies
- Support the team in creating presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Administrative Support
- Update content calendars and project trackers
- Organise client files and content databases
- Assist with general operational tasks when required
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media and content creation
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Basic Canva, CapCut, or video editing knowledge is a bonus
- Photography or videography skills are a bonus
