The role of the Design Intern is to create smart, beautiful, impactful design across all media. You’ll have an opportunity to work on many different accounts, delivering a wide range of design outputs. From social content and banner ads, to printed materials and all sorts of elements in support of our integrated campaigns.
We expect you to own your projects from beginning to end. Some more specific responsibilities include:
- Conceptual design that balances form and function to achieve the desired marketing results.
- Open collaboration with agency team members from creative, account, production, technology, PR, strategy, planning and analytics to produce smart, powerful work.
- Participation in brainstorms for current client and new business pitches.
- Assist the creative team with concept development and execution of client assignments.
- Work with teams to produce creative for new business opportunities, including (but not limited to) presentation design, book and brochure design, digital design and infographics.
- Work with teams to polish presentations, create graphics for client deliverables, and manage production of internal documents.
- Organize files, imagery and graphic elements in a manner consistent with office standards.
- Must be able to communicate thoughts effectively both in writing and in conversation and may be required to make minor edits to designs as it comes up in the course of the work.
