Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO and in-house technical team to resolve contract disputes and technical issues
• Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues
• Attend subcontractors and client progress meeting
• Assist Project Manager to monitor and update project progress report
• Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use
• Any other matters deployed by Project Manager and Site Manager

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of local building projects management experiences
• With Condominium Projects experience is preferred
• Degree qualification recognized by PEB is preferred
