Duration of Internship
We are hiring for 2 different time periods:
- August to December 2018
- January to April 2019
Actual duration and period of time is negotiable, however you must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
Job Responsibilities
You will be involved in the following primary tasks:
· Conduct analysis to complete HR proposals for clients
· Prepare client reference files and required documents
· Interact / Liaise regularly with clients
· Collate feedback from clients involved in HR programmes to analyze the impact on their employees and business operations
· Opportunity to gain exposure to new HR initiatives and programmes
· Participate in quarterly training events and be exposed to events and logistics management
· Other adhoc duties as assigned
Qualifications Requirements
· Poly Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2nd Class Honours, Cum Laude or equivalent) · Preferred Academic Track: Business / Human Resources / Communications or equivalent / related areas
Preferred Skills
· Proficient in English, written & oral
· Proficient in Mandarin (as many of our SME clients only speak Mandarin)
· Good communication & writing skills
· Meticulous & attentive to detail, with strong organizational skills
· Have the ability to deliver in a fast-paced working environment
