In 2009, we establish the Singapore office to actively support our clients and partners across the ASEAN region. We work closely with clients to help them design, develop and deliver customised training/learning interventions in the space of data analytics, soft skills, communication skills and leadership training.
As we expanding our footprint within ASEAN, we are looking for a motivated, self-driven and result-oriented individual to join the team as a Research Associate.
The incumbent is required to perform the following:
1. Conduct market research to gain insights on latest training trends and organisational learning needs.
2. Gather relevant information about the learning & development industry in Singapore and other ASEAN countries.
3. Analyse and prepare reports.
4. Connect with potential clients/leads.
5. Any other duties assigned by your mentor.
The candidate must be:
- Based in Singapore and possess the necessary documents to work in Singapore.
- Familiar and innovative in obtaining information from various sources.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and independently.
- Experience in cold calling is an added advantage.
