Part-time Finance Coordinator / Intern

POSITION SUMMARY: PART TIME FINANCE COORDINATOR / INTERN
Accela is looking for an energetic and self-starter who can support our team with operational finance and administration services. Financial considerations are at the root of all major business decisions and you will wholeheartedly engage and support the organization’s goal to create a world-class business focused on making startups succeed.
An excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to work part time or as an internship that will bring to life your academic learnings of finance processes whilst giving you a taste of what it’s like to work in a thriving SME environment!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Account reconciliations
  • Sales and expense recording
  • Cash management and payments
  • Budget variance reporting
  • Monthly payroll processing (basic, CPF and IRAS)

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Is preferably studying Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, in final semesters
  • Has strong written and communication skills
  • Is hardworking with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Is accountable and adopts a ‘business-owner’ work mentality
  • Is flexible and can multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Has a strong desire to learn
