Accela Recruitment Services focuses on high-growth companies in the tech, fund, and lifestyle sectors, and human resources outsourcing services. We are searching for an HR Coordinator who can support the Talent team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Primary:

• Work Pass processing for client partners 
• Human resources administration and business partnering for client partners
• Associate onboarding and HR-related tasks for Accela

Secondary:

• Talent acquisition support to the recruitment team
• Candidate sourcing and phone screening
• Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across required platforms

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Preferably has experience or education in HR/Recruitment or related field
• Fresh grads welcome
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Is a happy, positive person with a ‘can-do attitude
• Is accountable and adopts a ‘business-owner work mentality
• Is detail-oriented and precise
• Discerning and discreet with the information
• Can be flexible and has the ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Has a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team
