What You Will Do
- Manage corporate and individual clients Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Generate leads and referrals Prepare quotations and proposals
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups and escalations Coordinate with internal teams
- Track account performance and client retention Maintain CRM and sales records
