- To provide administrative and documentation support for Project / Engineering team.
- To plan, coordinate and execute engineering work with customers and suppliers.
- To develop and monitor engineering work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- To check and submit RMA requests and monitor status throughout the repair lifecycle.
- Coordination of work flow between engineering team and other departments.
- Attend to all other Engineering matters as and when require
- To support the director in all functions relating to engineering & project application.
