Project Scope:
1. Evaluate samples and compare against current source
2. Application in finished products and evaluate their quality
Learning Outcomes:
1. Learn important parameters to consider in both ingredients and in finished products
2. Learn about usage of different ingredients in products
3. Learn about processing of finished products
