Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function in the HR team
- Manage interview scheduling process and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with talent sourcing for various job opportunities
- Conducting reference checks for selected candidates
- Support University Relations projects/events and liaise with different vendors
- Help with idea generation for internal communications
- Any other ad-hoc duties within the Talent Acquisition function
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Business Administration/Psychology etc.
- Strong interest in HR / Talent Acquisition, prior HR internship experience is a plus but not required
- Quick learner with strong communication and good Microsoft Office skills
- Able to commit full-time from June/July 2022 until min. December 2022 (Longer internship period is welcomed)
- Candidates who are only available for part-time commitment during June/July - Dec 2022 period also welcomed (minimum 3 days commitment per week preferred)
