- Job Description
• Assist the Office Manager in overseeing the daily office operational matters
• Ensure proper maintenance of the building facility and maintenance services
• Assist the Office Manager in handling security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control vendors
• Rectify breakdowns and take preventive measures
• Assist the Office Manager in supervising term contractors
• Ensure all feedback and complaints on the property are resolved in a timely manner
