Job Description Responsibilities:
· Plan site design for Abacus’ website
· Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
· Develops site content and graphics by designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
· Establishes locate ability by registering with search engines.
· Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
· Protects site by designing and installing security precautions.
· Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.
· Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
· Proficient with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop
· Able to understand basic Java and basic HTML coding
· Extremely fluent in English with excellent communication skills
· An expert in design visual theory (i.e. composition, color theory, typography etc.)
· Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multi-task, and handle stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tactic
· Experience in using WIX and WordPress is an advantage
Qualification:
A design/advertising undergraduate (Local universities, LASALLE, NAFA) or diploma in design-related courses
