Job Description
As a Pet Care Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work hands-on with dogs in our dynamic dog daycare program and boarding school. Your responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. This internship offers valuable experience in animal care, behavior observation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of dogs in the daycare and boarding facilities.
- Interact with dogs through play, walks, and enrichment activities.
- Follow established protocols for feeding, medication administration, and overall care.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both dogs and staff.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners and provide updates on their pets' activities and behaviors.
