Accountability Statement/Summary
As part of the Regional Commercial (MPH) team, a key driver in building a solid, profitable and sustainable business for A. Menarini Asia-Pacific, the Regional Marketing Operations Intern is responsible for supporting medical marketing activities for CV brands and Monofer in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial (MPH) and medical team. The intern will support in scope various regional medical marketing activities, including marketing assets/materials development, CME (Continuing Medical Education) meetings, exhibitions, symposium, congresses, and regional KOL development programs. In addition, the intern will also support communications with marketing admins on vendor-related communications and related administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of A. Menarini business in Asia Pacific at a time when marketing and brand building activities are growing in scale and importance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Marketing materials:
● Support research, ideation, review and join in campaign development for marketing materials for regional brands (Cardiovascular, Iron Deficiency, Allergy and Pain) (including digital campaign materials, brand newsletters, e-detailers, different media for marketing use e.g. videos, gifs, shorts) and help in agency coordination, proof-reading, design ideation.
● Analyze and distill results of the department market research findings to support the commercial managers in insights development, communication cascade to the region, Support in new product evaluation analysis with desktop AI research and related information sources.
External marketing activities
● Support and join the task team in organization of key external events (Asia Pacific Cardiology Congress @ Taiwan, Angina Academy @ Vietnam, Star Summit @ Malaysia) including support for related agencies’ RFP, event materials ideation, vendor and related event/administrative internal follow up with guidance from regional leads and in collaboration with marketing ops
Internal meetings
● Support as needed and guided by regional leads in internal meetings (CV-Pulse, Monofer Marvels/Journal clubs, RSC meetings), build agenda, slides/content consolidation/development and minutes taking.
Pre-requisites
● Undergraduate (junior/senior year preferred) or graduate student, Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences/Biology, Business Administration, or a related Field
● Display interest in learning more about the healthcare industry and marketing with competencies as per below:
