We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content & AI Operations Intern to join our Regional Digital Team for the AMAP region. This role is essential for accelerating our digital content strategy and exploring innovative AI applications within our pharmaceutical content ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
Content Localization & Creation: Facilitate the rapid acceleration of in-house content by adapting regional and international digital assets for local markets. Create reusable digital content (Instant Messages, Portals, Emails) using Canva Enterprise.
Digital Channel Excellence: Track and share best practices for content creation across Email and Instant Messaging channels, both within and outside the pharmaceutical industry. Support markets with the implementation of the OCE-Instant Messaging channel.
AI Integration & Innovation: Explore opportunities to maximize AI functionalities within our current digital platforms to enhance content creation for internal and external use, utilizing Approved AI Tools.
CRM Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to CRM implementation and learn about CRM systems in relation to translating Marketing Plans for the Field Force, and customer segmentation for intelligent engagement.
