Job Description

You will report to the Human Resources (HRIS) Manager and interface with the various HR functions and other internal key stakeholders. You will take up a key role in participating in the development and implementation strategy of HR reporting dashboards. 

You will assist in transforming data into a format that can be easily analyzed, in charge of finding trends in data sets and developing tools to help make raw data more useful to derive HR business insights. You will take a key role in participating in the development and implementation strategy of HR reporting dashboards. Additionally, you will also assist in providing project management support to other ongoing HR projects such as project status tracking.

Key job responsibilities include: 

  1. Design, develop and implement reporting dashboards / tools, as well as interpret and present statistical outcomes to support and derive HR business insights.
  2. Build data visualisation and dashboard for HR business owners.
  3. Identify ways to improve data reliability and quality in existing data sets.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to build data analytics capabilities, conduct feasibility studies.
  5. Devise methods and strategies to obtain and extract data to derive business insights.
  6. Assist in providing project management support to other ongoing HR projects such as project status tracking.
