Our hero brand, DrGL*, is a range of bespoke skincare that has been personally customised by Dr Georgia Lee, a celebrity doctor in Singapore. Dr Lee was involved in every stage of the product’s development, from formula to manufacturing and packaging, always striving for the highest standards.
With a strong knowledge of distribution channels and market penetration strategies, and experience in the medical spa industry, A DrBrand Pte Ltd is also a franchiser of medical and hair spas, and retreat and wellness centres worldwide.
- Assist in conceptualising, developing and supporting marketing campaigns for beauty retail, and marketplaces
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal key account managers, business partners, and other marketing functions (e.g. social media content (English/Chinese), Collab Partnerships, PR, O2O marketing, Graphic Designers) for campaign creations and optimisation
- Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns performance
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns
- Depending on capacity and capability, opportunity to support planning and execution of Big Campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11, BFCM), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns
Who we are looking for:
- Background in Business/ Marketing / Communication, especially in the retail beauty industry.
- Strong in Microsoft Suite and have prior internship experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Beauty Retail, using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, live-streams, videography or photography, or editing software is advantageous
- Must be able to speak, write and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
- Passionate in joining beauty retail or beauty eCommerce is a plus
- University students currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Working Location: Orchard Road
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, WFH twice a month
Internship Allowance commensurate with experience / prior marketing exposure and number of months available.
